I grew up in Duluth, MN. I graduated from Macalester College with majors in Computer Science and English Literature. I currently live in Brooklyn, NY.
Work
I am a software engineer with Mozilla Corporation's platform group. I work on Firefox and the Gecko rendering engine.
When I was in college and working in SGI's Linux System Software group I wrote a paper on the Linux 2.6.8.1 CPU scheduler. You can find the paper in various formats here.
